About Diandin leluk

Our STORY

​

Diandin Leluk started from humble beginings in the early 80s, founded by a Singaporean and his Thai wife.

​

Using a rented lorry, the duo would go around Singapore peddling packed lunches to Thai construction workers. They did this for one reason: a true labour of love. 

​

Their satisfaction was simple: seeing these workers enjoy hearty and affordable meals, transporting taste buds back to the Land of Smiles and recreating the savoury comforts of home.

​

Strong customer support led the couple to set up a restaurant in 1985 in where else but Singapore's Little Thailand - Golden Mile Complex!

The couple would like to think they were pioneers - creating flavourful Thai cuisine in a restaurant setting!

Today, Diandin Leluk still has that same enduring dedication to create tasty.

​

Preparation is still overseen by the owners: items are handmade as much as possible, fresh herns are imported from Thailand throughout the week and ingredients are sourced fresh daily.

Diandin Leluk believes the restaurant's Thai chefs best understand Thai food's flavour profile - this is why you can taste flavoured nuances in your favourites such as tom yum soup, green curry, pad thai, mango sticky rice and more!
